Responsibilities:

Key Contact

• Serves as the primary liaison between the organization and the Opportunity Connection.
• Maintains account information on the Opportunity Connection - modifying the information as needed.
• Works with employees to determine what the organization will offer.
• Identifies Opportunity Contact(s), individuals responsible for coordinating the implementation of the programs and opportunities the organization will offer (see the responsibilities for the Opportunity Contact, listed below).
• Identifies someone to serve as the new Key Contact in the event he/she leaves the employer or otherwise can no longer fulfill these responsibilities.

Opportunity Contact

• Serves as the liaison with schools on specific opportunities; School District Coordinators communicate with the Opportunity Contact to make arrangements for specific opportunities.
• Coordinates activities within the organization to implement the opportunity.
• Provides feedback about the opportunity via the Opportunity Connection.
