Search the database for organizations and submit a request for the one(s) you are interested in. This is automatically e-mailed to your School District Coordinator.   Find out who your School District Coordinator is.   Coordinator will contact you within two weeks to finalize arrangements.   If required by your district, obtain and complete transportation request form and request to leave building form from your district.   Have students complete permission forms.   Prepare your students for the field trip.   Conduct a FIELD TRIP at the business.   Obtain opinions from your students about the trip.   Complete an evaluation form and submit to your coordinator.   Send a thank-you letter to the field trip host.   Complete follow-up activities.   If you have any questions, contact your School District Coordinator.
