This guide provides a step by step process for participating in this program. If you sign up for this program, you are responsible for following this guide and meeting any additional expectations required by your school district. You may have to return to this page to complete your requirements.

  Search the database for opportunities and submit a request for the one(s) you are interested in. This is automatically e-mailed to your School District Coordinator.
  Find out who your School District Coordinator is.
  Parent or guardian completes a participation form, if needed.
  Submit participation form to your School District Coordinator within three (3) days.
  Coordinator will contact you within two weeks to finalize arrangements; you may need to complete additional forms, including a permission form.
  TUTORING occurs.
  Complete an evaluation form and submit to your coordinator.
  Student/parent sends a thank-you letter to the tutor.
