  Search the database for opportunities and submit a request for the one(s) you are interested in. This is automatically e-mailed to your School District Coordinator.
  Find out who your School District Coordinator is.
  Have your parent or guardian complete a participation form.
  Submit signed participation form to your School District Coordinator within three (3) days.
  Your School District Coordinator will contact you within two weeks to finalize arrangements; you will need to obtain and have your parent/guardian sign a permission form.
  Prepare for your job shadowing experience.

  Complete an evaluation form and submit to your coordinator.
  Send a thank-you letter to the job shadowing sponsor.
  Complete follow-up activities.
